These 2 apartments are located on two levels: on the ground (on the ground, zero by Spanish standards) floor and semi-basement and without balconies. There is a storage room for chairs, strollers and things from the beach, you can go down there by elevator. On the common terrace there is a gym with a sea view, a jacuzzi. The use of the hall and jacuzzi is included in the price. The jacuzzi is open from June to September.

May - 800 euro/month

June - 1465 euros/month,

July - 2050 (15 days from 1 to 15 - 1100, from 16 to 31 - 1400),

August - 2500 (15 days from 1 to 15 - 1700, from 16 - to 31 - 1300),

September - 1400.

Possible for a week (from October to May - 400, June and September - 650). Attention! In July and August, it is rented either for a month, or clearly from 1 to 15 or 16 to 30. In other months there are no such restrictions. Exceptions are possible depending on the occupancy of the apartments.

The price does not include cleaning after leaving the apartment - 30 euros.
